We carefully layer your print in archival glassine paper to shield the delicate surface, then seal it inside a heavy-duty, rigid mailer reinforced with sturdy backing boards. This premium method guarantees your print arrives crisp, flat, and immediately ready to be matted and framed.Returns & Damages
Because each photograph is custom-printed to order in my Michigan studio, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, I am deeply committed to your satisfaction. I manage every step of the print process to balance the inherent differences between a bright digital screen and a beautifully reflected physical print, ensuring the final piece honors the true brilliance of the original scene. Your shipment is also fully insured. If the carrier damages your print in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged packaging and print, and I will gladly ship you a replacement at zero extra cost.
