Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Do the prints include a frame?
No, all photographs are sold as prints only. This gives you the freedom to choose a frame that perfectly complements your personal style and home decor.
What print sizes do you offer, and will they fit standard frames?
Every single photograph in our collection is available in two popular, standard print dimensions:
8.5" x 11"
13" x 19"
Both dimensions match standard retail frame sizes. This allows you to easily find high-quality, beautiful frames at your favorite local shop or major retailer. While our standard glossy sheets frame beautifully on their own, our heavy fine-art papers look exceptionally striking when paired with a custom mat board.
What is the difference between your paper options?
We offer four professional-grade paper options split into two distinct printing styles. Because each paper uses unique materials and processes, pricing is tailored to each individual paper selection.
Signature Photo Prints
These prints use our advanced six-color dye ink system to completely eliminate harsh reflections and deliver ultra-vibrant colors.
Ultra Premium Glossy: Our high-shine option. Best for maximum color brilliance that makes liquid light pop.
Premium Lustre: Our fingerprint-resistant option. Features a classic, pebble-textured satin finish for a vibrant and vivid print.
Fine-Art Heritage Prints
Our premium, museum-grade tier. These prints use a high-end archival pigment ink system engineered to endure beautifully for generations.
Hahnemühle Fine Art Pearl: Our shimmering fine-art option. Delivers stunning tonal gradations and an exquisite, low-glare sheen.
100% Cotton Museum Etching: Our heaviest, luxury option. Features a deeply textured matte look that adds a rich, painterly depth to the art.
How long will my prints last?
We use professional-grade materials designed to keep your artwork looking as beautiful as the day it was printed.
Signature Prints (Dye Ink): Our vibrant daily-display option. Engineered to resist fading for up to 30 years under standard glass or acrylic or up to 100 years in a photo album.
Fine-Art Heritage Prints (Pigment Ink): Our archival heirloom option. Designed to withstand fading for over 100 years under glass or acrylic and up to 200 years in dark storage.
Which paper medium will look best with the photograph I want?
Every image interacts differently with glossy, lustre, and fine-art textures. If you are having trouble deciding which paper tier best suits your favorite photo, please use the form below to contact me. Tell me which image you are looking at and a little bit about your room's lighting, and I will guide you to the right choice. If you prefer to discuss your options over the phone, please leave your telephone number along with the best time to reach you, and I will be happy to call you.
Display Care Tips
Regardless of the paper texture, all fine art is sensitive to environmental extremes. To preserve the breathtaking color gradients and rich details for decades to come, we highly recommend framing your artwork under protective glass or acrylic and keeping it out of harsh, direct sunlight.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because every photograph is printed to order and custom-curated, your delivery timeline is divided into production and transit:
Production Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to print, inspect, and safely package your artwork.
Shipping Transit: Once your order leaves our studio, standard domestic shipping typically takes an additional 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your door.
How is my print shipped, and what does it cost?
Shipping is completely free.
To ensure your artwork arrives in absolute pristine condition, we never roll our prints in mailing tubes. Rolling can cause heavy fine-art fibers to crack and forces glossy paper to permanently curl.
Instead, every photograph is handled with white-glove care using a premium flat-packing method:
Surface Protection: The delicate printed image is layered beneath archival, acid-free glassine paper to completely shield the surface from scuffs and scratches.
Rigid Enforcement: The print is placed inside a heavy-duty, puncture-resistant rigid mailer.
No-Bend Defense: We sandwich the package between multiple layers of sturdy, thick backing boards.
This professional studio method guarantees your artwork arrives crisp, perfectly flat, and immediately ready to drop straight into a frame.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your print is packaged and handed to the carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent directly to your inbox so you can follow its journey.
What is your return policy, and what if my print is damaged?
Because each photograph is custom-printed to order in my Michigan studio, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
However, your satisfaction is extremely important to me. I personally manage every step of the print process to carefully balance the inherent differences between a bright digital screen and a beautifully reflected physical print, ensuring your final piece honors the true brilliance of the original scene.
Your shipment is also fully insured. If the carrier damages your print in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged packaging and print, and I will gladly ship you a replacement at zero extra cost.
If you have a question about a specific piece in the gallery, or want to discuss an order, please send a message below and I will get back to you shortly.
